Nathan serves as Josh Lee’s showing specialist. In fact, he decided to begin a career in real estate after attending Josh’s Wealth Building Through Homeownership class, and buying an investment and primary residence with Ruckart Real Estate. He is an avid student of the market and strives to stay informed about everything from the newest listings to all of the different materials used on exteriors of homes. Partnering with Josh, he’s able to focus on his passion – viewing homes with home buyers and helping clients make informed decisions about what home is right for them.
Before joining Ruckart Real Estate, Nathan was a manager at L.L. Bean and still has a great love for the outdoors. He and his wife Allie reside in Church Hill which they chose for its walkability, restaurant scene, and views of the city. If he’s not showing a client their dream home, you can find him exploring Richmond, mountain biking, or hiking.
