Sam moved to Richmond in 2004 from his birthplace of Scottsdale, Arizona. He has lived in just about every part of the Metro Richmond area, from Short Pump, to Bon Air, to Chesterfield, and everywhere in between. He joined the team three years ago, but we jokingly say he became an honorary member of the team at 13 years old while we were selling his parents’ house. His lifelong interest in real estate makes him an agent who offers well-researched market analysis and attention to detail for his clients.
In his spare time, it’s not uncommon to find him tackling the next home improvement project alongside his Dad. These projects range from remodeling the kitchen, to hardscaping the backyard! He credits the teamwork mindset that he brings to Ruckart Real Estate to his years of playing soccer. Outside of sports he also enjoys cars (and watching them drive fast). Sam is an avid football fan and music listener, and values time spent with his friends and family. His favorite morning activity is cooking up some breakfast and checking the new housing inventory of the day. His passion for real estate fuels him to research and stay up to date with the latest trends in all the pockets of the RVA housing market.
