Nathan Wine’s path to real estate started in the most fitting way possible – as a participant in Josh Lee’s Wealth Building Through Homeownership class. After purchasing both an investment property and his own home through Ruckart, Nathan was so inspired by the experience that he decided to make helping others find their perfect home his career.
Now, as Josh’s showing specialist, Nathan brings the same enthusiasm he felt as a first-time buyer to every client interaction. “I love being there for the moment when somebody finds their house, especially first-time homebuyers,” he says. “Taking away those nervous feelings and making it fun – that’s what it’s all about.”
His genuine approach to real estate stems from his core values of kindness and authenticity. “I’m not trying to sell a client,” Nathan explains. “I’m genuinely trying to help someone find THEIR home.” This client-first mentality, combined with his dedication to staying current on everything from new listings to construction materials, makes him an invaluable guide in the home-buying journey.
A former operations manager at L.L. Bean, Nathan still feeds his love for the outdoors through mountain biking – his passion for cycling rivals his passion for real estate. When he’s not showing homes or riding Richmond’s trails, you’ll find him exploring Church Hill with his wife Allie and their daughter Maddie, having chosen the neighborhood for its walkability, restaurant scene, and city views. He’s also an active supporter of Habitat for Humanity, believing in the power of homeownership to transform lives – just as it transformed his.
