After starring for the men’s basketball team at VCU, B.A. Walker’s path to real estate wasn’t exactly traditional. He spent 13 years as a professional basketball player, competing across Europe from Iceland to Israel. But the same dedication, discipline, and team-first mindset that drove his athletic career now defines his approach to real estate.
Born on Virginia’s Eastern Shore, B.A. has called Richmond home since his college days at VCU. He’s lived throughout the region – from Shockoe Bottom to North Chesterfield – giving him firsthand knowledge of our diverse neighborhoods. This local expertise, combined with his international perspective, helps him see opportunities others might miss.
B.A.’s interest in real estate started with investment properties and passive income strategies. He immersed himself in real estate education, but quickly realized he wanted to do more than invest – he wanted to help others achieve their dreams through real estate. Today, he brings the same work ethic and commitment to excellence that earned him success in professional sports to every client interaction.
