ERIN KING
Erin King brings a rare combination of creative vision and meticulous attention to detail to her role as Director of Operations at Ruckart Real Estate. Her fascination with the concept of “home” started early – having moved from North Carolina to Richmond as a teen, she understands firsthand how a house becomes more than just a place to live.
With experience spanning from commercial real estate to residential transactions, Erin’s journey to Ruckart was paved with a deep appreciation for the human side of the industry. “Every person shows up with their own history, goals, and story,” she says. “Success comes from meeting people where they are and helping guide them to where they’re trying to go.”
As a key member of our leadership team, Erin ensures our operations run smoothly while nurturing the culture of continuous learning and growth that makes Ruckart special. From managing business strategy to developing new initiatives, her impact touches every aspect of the client experience – even if she’s usually orchestrating it behind the scenes.
When she’s not fine-tuning our systems or mentoring team members, you might find Erin cheering on her soccer-loving teenager, diving into a period drama (she admits a particular weakness for Masterpiece Theater), or making music with her family. A former English Education major at VCU, she brings that educator’s heart to everything she does, believing that kindness, candor, and empathy should guide every interaction.
