RANDI AMAR
As a Client Care Coordinator at Ruckart Real Estate, Randi Amar brings both professional expertise and genuine empathy to every client interaction. Her guiding principle? “People will always remember how you made them feel.” It’s a philosophy that’s served her well through two decades of customer relations experience.
A Richmond native and William & Mary graduate in Psychology, Randi has a natural talent for making the complex homebuying process feel manageable and even enjoyable. She orchestrates what she calls “a cohesive symphony” between lenders, title companies, agents, and clients – ensuring everyone stays in harmony throughout the transaction.
“I want each client to feel like they’re my only client,” Randi says, and it shows in her attentive, personalized approach. She takes particular joy in helping buyers navigate their journey with minimal stress, knowing that each closing represents the beginning of a new adventure for her clients.
When she’s not coordinating client transactions, you might find Randi hiking local trails, diving into inspirational reading, or spending time with her husband Meir – whose own inspiring journey from Israel, working his way back up from the bottom in the United States to a high level executive role reminds her daily of the power of determination. She’s also passionate about supporting the United Breast Cancer Foundation, a cause close to her heart through family experience.
Randi enjoys working out, being outdoors, cooking, and spending time with family. Her desire to give impactful service and exceptional results every time she works with a client motivates her and keeps her excited about what each day will bring.
