The Ruckart Real Estate Buyer’s Process

Our buyer’s process guide is here to help you navigate purchasing your home.

We know buying a home can be intimidating, so we’ve put together some steps to help you understand the Ruckart Real Estate buyer’s process.

STEP 1 – Plan and Prepare

Before you start your home search, we’ll set up a consultation to introduce ourselves and get to know your needs and how we can help. We will also discuss how you can put yourself in the best position to land the home of your dreams!

STEP 2 – Property Search

Here’s where the fun begins! We’re here to help you narrow down what you do and don’t love, find the perfect neighborhood, and determine the price range you’re most comfortable with.

STEP 3 – Writing an Offer

Once you’ve found the home for you, we’ll guide you through the process of submitting an offer, securing financing, and explain what you can expect in the next steps. This can be an exciting time, but also a stressful time, so we’re here to help you anyway we can!

STEP 4 – Under Contract

Congratulations – you’re under contract! Now we’ll get you scheduled for a home and appraisal inspection, and discuss any addendum requests. There may be some negotiations, but we are always in your corner and put your needs first! We’ll also ensure all seller contractual responsibilities are met and will keep you updated throughout the time you’re under contract.  During this time, you’ll take the final steps to get your loan approved.

STEP 5 – The Homestretch

We’ll do one last walk-through inspection of the home with you prior to closing. Then there’s just a few signatures at closing, and you’re a new homeowner!
