Nathan Wine is a Northern Virginia native turned Richmond transplant.
Three years ago, my wife and I made the move to Richmond to make our money go further. Our jobs had gone virtual so it made sense to cut our mortgage and living expenses by two-thirds. We now own a primary home that is 1/3 the cost of our previous mortgage and twice the size! We have also been able to purchase two rental investment properties with our excess budget. It was a great move for our family and legacy. I loved the Richmond real estate company that helped my family so I changed careers and now work for them! It’s been a fun journey exploring a new city, getting settled in, and helping other families do the same. I’d love to chat with you if this is an option for you and yours (learn more about Nathan.)

(Also residents in Richmond, VA have an average commute time of 20.8 minutes, in Fairfax County it’s 30.2 minutes.)1
